My mission is to bring the enjoyment of health and fitness to everyone. No two people are the same, therefore each individual approach to fitness and physical activity will be different. Some may enjoy long distance running, while others love to squat excessively heavy weights, and others find surfing a means to movement. No one is right or wrong, but it is clear we all have our own style!

At SZN’d HLTH & FTNS, I provide curated training regimes designed with the individuals specific needs in mind. Whether you like to go on long explorative hikes or just like to get the body moving amongst the busy schedule of life, there is a training program for you!
